Terms of Service Privacy Policy Copyright & Takedown
Exact URLs help

Include the exact FuirHUB page and enough information to identify the disputed material.

1. Scope

FuirHUB may display listings, thumbnails, metadata, external links, or embedded players. The underlying media may be controlled by a third-party hosting provider.

This page provides a general copyright complaint and takedown process. It does not claim that FuirHUB has registered a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office.

2. Copyright notice requirements

A copyright owner or authorized representative should provide:

  1. the claimant’s full name and reliable contact information;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved;
  3. the exact FuirHUB URL and identification of the allegedly infringing material;
  4. information reasonably sufficient to locate the material and, where known, the external host;
  5. a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. a statement that the notice is accurate and that the claimant is authorized to act for the owner; and
  7. a physical or electronic signature.

3. Submit a notice

Send a complete notice to fuirhub@gmail.com.

Sending incomplete information may delay review. Additional verification may be requested.

4. Possible response

After reviewing a notice, FuirHUB may:

  • remove or disable a listing, thumbnail, link, or embed;
  • forward relevant information to a third-party hosting provider;
  • request clarification or supporting information;
  • preserve records relevant to the complaint;
  • notify an affected party where appropriate; or
  • reject a notice that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of copyright.

5. Counter-notice

Where applicable, a person who believes material was disabled because of mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notice identifying the removed material, its former location, the basis for the objection, reliable contact details, required legal statements, and a signature.

Legal advice should be obtained before sending a notice or counter-notice when the claimant is uncertain about ownership, authorization, fair use, or jurisdiction.

6. False or abusive notices

Knowingly false, misleading, or abusive claims may be rejected, documented, or referred to the affected party or appropriate authority.

7. Repeated infringement

When appropriate and within the operator’s control, repeated or serious infringement may result in removal of listings, disabling of links, restriction of submissions, or referral to the relevant hosting provider.

8. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated as the Service, providers, or applicable legal requirements change.
